Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

North Morar Pod

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING. Our camping pod is set in the small village of Bracara and has stunning uninterrupted views of Loch Morar. Please note: We DO NOT have Wi-Fi or phone reception at the pod (phone reception is available around 1.5 miles back along the road en route to the pod) We are situated a short 5 minute drive to the famous Morar Silver Sands and Camusdaroch beaches and 10 minutes from Mallaig village where guests will find shops, bars and restaurants.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. After four great years of hosting with AirBnB within in our home, we've used the covid hiatus to transform the old croft house into a spectacular and luxurious retreat. In previous reviews, you'll see up to four guests in one room; this has been upgraded to 2 guests in the whole cottage...

The Strawbale Bothy is made from simple, natural materials; wood, clay, straw and lime, there are no nasty chemicals, no concrete, and where we have had to use plastic, it is to an absolute minimum. It's the perfect place for a spring break, the straw walls make it super cosy. Built just for two, feel free to kick off your shoes and coorie in after a bracing walk in the sea air or though misty glens.
