Magnolia Cottage - Chocolate Box Period Property

Magnolia Cottage is a Grade 11 listed, chocolate box holiday home tucked away in the Old Town of Moreton in Marsh. This hidden gem sits well back from a quite street with views over St David's Church. Book direct with Cotswold Cottage Gems and save 10%. The front garden is stocked with Magnolia trees which smell divine during the summer months. The main entrance leads into a large lounge and seating area with stunning inglenook fireplace and heated flag stone floor. We provide logs for the log burner to get you going. There is ample seating for six guests along with a well stocked library corner to cosy up in with a good book or enjoy a family games session on a rainy day. The lounge leads through into the kitchen and dining area where you will find your complimentary Welcome Hamper. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and plenty of glassware. It features an oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The back door from the kitchen leads straight out into a mature 'secret' garden with a huge magnolia tree as the main feature. Here you will also find BBQ facilities and out door furniture for alfresco dining. On the first floor the cottage has a double bedroom over looking the church at the front with built in storage and sumptuous bed linens and soft furnishings. Next door is the main bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower. Over looking the back garden is a lovely double room with adjacent shower room. On the second floor is a large, airy king room with games cupboards and gorgeous, old exposed beams. The cottage is pet friendly and boasts off road parking for two cars, welcome hamper, complimentary toiletries along with fluffy white towels and crisp bed linen.

Lovely Cotswold Cottage with Charm

A charming Cotswold cottage situated in the lovely village of Broadwell. It is five minutes from Stow-on-the-Wold. Broadwell has a friendly pub on the village green and is surrounded by idyllic countryside. The cottage is located in the garden of a handsome Cotswold Village House. It is beautifully decorated and recently refurbished with a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom. Broadwell is very close to Daylesford Farm Shop and 20 minutes from Soho Farmhouse. A perfect place to unwind.

The cottage accommodates four people allowing children over 12 years old only. Lounge diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath. Church Steps Luxury Thatched Cottage in Ebrington

Church Steps is a cosy thatched cottage in the pretty Cotswold village of Ebrington. A light and airy cottage with an abundance of character and a lovely private south facing garden for alfresco eating. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very well equipped. A few steps away is "The Ebrington Arms" voted best village pub (TheTimes). There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.
