Smart TV in living room. Mini fridge and microwave provided. One queen and two twin beds. There is a coffee maker underneath the sink in the bathroom. There will be a starter supply of coffee. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
