Was a bit upset about the pool not being able to heat up but the kids still enjoyed themselves. Overall great stay

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

Corinne was very responsive. She got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions. Her place was comfortable and perfect for us. Nice, quite location. We would stay again for sure.

What to say. It was so peaceful we kept taking naps. It is a beautiful home nestled in a rolling hillside. The design is spacious with enough room to congregate with or separate from your travel companions. The backyard garden provides beauty and a home for a variety of birds, squirrels, and lizards. You might even spot a few deer at the top of the hillside. Sean and Wendy were great hosts. They responded to my requests quickly and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. This is a definitely a home to return to.

Graciela's place was cozy and perfect for our little trip. The kids loved the pool area and the snacks!

Great location, great stay. Beautiful and comfortable space. Worked well for our family of 4. The third bedroom felt a little far away to have our littlest stay in alone but thankfully the second bedroom had a large bed for both kids. Wagon and chairs provided were great for the beach.

It’s a beautiful place. It’s was a peaceful escape from the business of the Bay Area. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience. Even though it was just a short stay. Would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again. They have a lot of board games and the hot tub is amazing and the sauna.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a long weekend at Lauren's place and it was a wonderful, relaxing home away from home. Check-in was super smooth and we absolutely loved the area the listing was in. It's walkable (or a very short drive) to many local eateries, breweries, shops, and cafes on the west side and there's also plenty of nature-oriented things to do since it's so close to the ocean — hikes, beaches, walks, parks etc. The listing itself was very clean and had everything we need. Lauren even left some snacks and drinks for us as a welcome gift which we thought was very sweet. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs there. The one small setback was that it didn't have a a full sized refrigerator so the frozen foods we bought didn't quite fit into the mini fridge's freezer section. Everything was spotless and though it was raining while we were there, we would definitely come back and enjoy the patio space next time. Highly recommend this listing for a peaceful getaway to Santa Cruz.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sean war sehr freundlich, gab uns viele Tipps und stellte auch Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung, was eine tolle Geste war. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns unsicher gefühlt und insbesondere die Möglichkeit in der Garage parken zu dürfen, war sehr von Vorteil. Daher insgesamt für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

We are repeat guests at Murthy's place. It is ideal for a couple who wants to easily walk to 2 great grocery stores plus Bevmo and hang in or wander out and simply walk to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. That said you are located on a very private and quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with appropriate ware. The bed was super comfortable and the couch in the main room converts to a bed or just a get spot to watch the numerous channels available to you. Murthy and Rima are such kind hosts! We got a personal welcome letter and a number of treats they left. They are great communicators and offer lots of information and guidance about the area if needed. One of our favorite parts about the unit is the great skylight in the bathroom. Its fun to shower with that as your only light!! There were lots of towels, nice soap and shampoo too. There were a ton of amenities we could have used but our trip was short. Things like the little washer / dryer in the unit are a great hit. Awesome!

we really enjoyed our stay in Aptos. there were thoughtful touches throughout the space. it was very convenient when traveling with an animal and the host was very responsive. the home was much more beautiful than the pictures depicted. very enjoyable, stay and getaway

Great studio apartment, very comfortable bed, large kitchen, quick hot water in the shower. Was traveling for work and this little place checked all of the boxes.

Our stay at Caroline's place was wonderful. We have two kids so the private outdoor space was great. The location was wonderful with restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery, etc. Also walking distance to Golden Gate Park. I would definitely recommend.

Larry and Ana's place was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at! The house was so well kept, the house contained every item you could think of and the backyard was so peaceful. Check-in was very easy and Larry and Ana responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was perfect for all our adventures we had planned, Ocean beach, Alcatraz, the Exploratorium, the San Francisco Zoo and the San Francisco Aquarium. We definitely would like to return. Our family of 4 had the best time!

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

The home was great! Very accommodating to our group, we had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness of the home. M was very responsive and nice! Loved and enjoyed our stay!

Had an amazing time at Louise's place for our mini family reunion. Place was set up great for two families and was especially helpful for our toddler with the baby gates already on the stairs and the child lock on the games cabinet. The house was exceptionally well appointed with beach toys in the garage, games, books, and even kids place settings. Would absolutely stay again!

We areal enjoyed the home. It was beautiful and very roomy. The neighborhood was very peaceful.

Wonderful space! Comfy, charming, well appointed, clean. Specifically, an extremely comfortable bed. Perfect for a single person or couple, with walking distance to the beach. Andrew and Teyara were flexible and communicative. We’d definitely come back!

Peter's Airbnb was even more beautiful in person than on the listing! It has a very relaxing, cozy, and calming atmosphere with beautiful decorations. There are trails to walk around on the property that have beautiful views and beautiful plants. I had this Airbnb for a work-trip for only 3 nights, but wished I could've stayed much longer!
