Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

Smartly appointed and expertly renovated, this exquisite example of an ancient farmhouse sits atop a stunning ridge line with vast views and expansive mountain scenery inspiring and enchanting at every turn. Right in the heart of Tuscany, this spectacular piece of the Italian wonderland does not disappoint!

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Il casale è davvero un nido fatato! Tiziana è Alessandro ti fanno sentire a casa, come se li conoscessi da sempre. Sei a pochi chilometri da tante spiagge diverse ma ti senti fuori dalla folla, come un privegiato. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Wir waren eine Woche während unserer Flitterwochen bei Andrea zu Gast. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war sauber, der Blick vom Garten umwerfend schön und unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Andrea ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
