The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities. The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

Kuća je smještena na ograđenoj okućnici koja je na raspolaganju samo gostima kuće a na kojoj se nalazi veliki bazen površine 50 m2, vanjski whirlpool, finska sauna i roštilj.

You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.
