The farmhouse has a wonderful panoramic swimming pool. Its great position with view over the hills heading up to Montepulciano create a serene atmosphere. The farmhouse has been carefully decorated in rural Tuscan style. Activities such as wine tastings and cooking classes are available onsite.

The 100 sqm apartment sleeps 4-5 people and is accessible from the ground level by its own entrance from the terrace that has beautiful views of the lake. The main bedroom has a queensize bed and accesses a small ensuite bathroom/shower: the second bedroom has a queensize bed leading to the sitting room with a sofabed for two. There is a second bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen . A pellet stove serves as central heating which is available at an extra cost.
