had a really good time. salthill is right on the see so beautiful views and the view from the living room in the apartment is spectacular. lots of local pubs dotted around. the apartment was brilliant. 2 good sized bedrooms, one of them en suite. kitchen is a decent size and had everything you need to cook up some food. sitting room was lovely with two big recliner sofas and beautiful vistas. walkable into the city centre if you're a decent walker, it's about 2km and perfectly flat. if you're not or you're with someone who isn't a walker there is a bus just round the corner that takes about 5 mins and is fairly regular. car parking around the area is free but very busy so having a dedicated parking space was great.

The house is fabulous ❤️ Comfortably accomodates 8 people. On wild Atlantic way. 3 minute walk to Armada hotel & 5 minute walk tp Spanish point beach. 5 minute drive to local town of Miltown Malbay. Great local cliff walks at other beaches too, White Strand & Quilty, both within 10 minute drive. Great restaurants nearby. Ivan is very friendly. Plenty of towels there & washing machine too - not mentioned on description I dont think. Highly recommend this gem!

Our stay was picturesque, and everything we could have hoped for. The homes spacious rooms and many windows made it sinfully easy to sit and spend hours sipping coffee and watching the water and scenery. None of us were prepared to leave when our reservation was over, and I certainly left a piece of my heart among the greenery. T was responsive and helpful, and their recommendations for local experiences were invaluable.

Ed was a most gracious host. Offered recommendations in the area and very quick to respond to any questions. Would love to visit again someday

We had a fantastic family holiday in Doohoma . The house had everything we needed for a large family gathering ( 11 and a baby) and was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The house was very well equipped with cooking utensils and essential kitchen supplies. It was lovely to have the warm fire in the cold evenings. The surrounding area is wonderful, such a beautiful part of Mayo. There are gorgeous beaches and cliff walks within 30 minutes drive. The beach at Doohoma Head is a very short drive or a leisurely walk away and stunning . There is also a golf course and football pitch beside it. We walked to both the Searod Inn and the Tra Bui which are both highly recommended. The pool table in the Sea Rod was a great hit with the young ones. We also had a lovely meal in the Sea Rod. Keith was attentive during our stay and check-in was very easy with the key safe. Would love to return . Thank you Owen and Keith.

Was so nice to get away from the hustle & bustle and catch up with our pals with stunning scenery all around. We really enjoyed the kayaks, Ping Pong, archery & barbecuing in the garden. Juli’s House was a lovely getaway! The location is stunning and peaceful. And the house is well appointed and has everything you could want during your stay. Donal was an excellent host — friendly and responsive and provided great recommendations for the surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Dave's place was an absolute dream. My wife and I and our dogs Ollie and Arlo had an amazing, peaceful and totally chilled out few days there- (extremely dog friendly and safe with a secure fence) Perfect place to get away from the world and enjoy total peace and quiet. It's cosy and has everything you need. We left wishing we had more time! Will 100% be back again

We really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the beach as well as coffee shops/restaurants. The place was lovely and nice inside. Our internet wasn't working and wasn't able to be fixed in time for us before we left. All in all a great spot and would stay again.

Bernie's Rest is one of those rare finds that you hesitate to review—not because it doesn't deserve it, but because it so deserves it that you're tempted to keep it a secret. From birds feeding their young to the cheerful cluck of the most charming, friendly chickens you’ll ever meet, the whole setting brings a deep sense of peace and joy. Inside, the home is perfect, a fully equipped kitchen, a fantastic shower, cozy and stylish living area with strong WiFi and a great TV, and the kind of bed that makes you want to sleep in, just a little bit longer. Had a fantastic stay here. The cottage and the area were absolutely lovely and J was so helpful when we’re checking in- he recommended some wonderful hikes and places to eat!

Clare's place is exactly as described. Perfect for our group. Walkable to everywhere in Kilkee, within 5 minutes of restaurants, cafes, beach, and the grocery store. 20 minute walk to cliffs. The house is beautiful, with comfortable beds, and nice rooms. Very nice back patio. No complaints and would love to stay again.

After spending Christmas in Declans lovely house, we have fallen in love with the place. We arrived to a spotless house which was fully decorated for Christmas. It was so appreciated. Declan left some milk in the fridge for a cuppa and the house was nice and toasty. The space for 7 people was great with two sitting rooms and 5 bedrooms. Declan was such a responsive host and very kindly allowed us to check out an hour later due to personal circumstances. I would highly recommend this property for families . Thanks so much , we cannot wait to return

Barbara was a great host. The house was perfect come rain or shine. The Spar shop in Carraroe is only 5 minutes away and was as good as any medium sized supermarket with great choice. Don’t miss the Realt pub if you want a good pint of Guinness

The penthouse apartment was very comfortable and spacious with a spectacular view. Cafes, restaurants and a walking path along the beach were right outside our door. We were also able to take a bus in front of the building to the downtown area only ten minutes away. The hosts were very responsive to all our inquiries and flexible when we asked to add 2 guests and another night to our stay as well as extend our checkout time. They also recommended sites we could visit and restaurants that were very good. When we checked out I left a very expensive item in the apartment and they were absolutely amazing. I was out of the country and unable to return to pick it up. Simon took care of packaging the item and worked with me every step of the way to arrange with the shipper to pick it up. I received it back in the US when I returned home and am so very grateful. We would love to return to Galway and wouldn’t hestitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay in Berry Lodge. Perfect for a a large family gathering. So much space. Great to be able to bring the dog too. David was very helpful and responsive when needed. So close to the beach in Spanish point and a great location to explore Clare. Will be back again

we had a to leave a day early but would have loved to have finished my stay. it was so relaxing

We were two families staying in the house and were very comfortable. The house is very spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Kinvara is a beautiful town and the nearby surroundings had so much to do! Traught beach was especially lovely where we went for a dip and a sauna. We recommend the place whole heartedly and hope to have the fortune to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful weekend stay with my extended family at Dolphin Beach House. The views all along the Sky Road out to the house are spectacular, and especially from the dining room. IT was a fantastic base for our family get together. We had dinner in the house one of the nights and were delighted with the fully stocked kitchen. It was also excellent for our family that each room was ensuite. The place was pristine clean and Clodagh was able to facilitate an earlier check in, as previous guests departed early. The property is really close to Clifden by car, and we also really enjoyed going to nearby Eyrephort beach for swims. Many thanks to Clodagh & her team for our lovely stay. We'd be delighted to come back again.

Don’t spend another minute looking and book this beautiful house with the most impressive Atlantic views ever. We loved Barbara‘s home. It was close to Clifton town and perfect for any touring around the Conamara region. It was in a quiet secluded area with killer views and a private beach that my kids loved. I will miss waking up to this view every morning. Thank you for an amazing experience in Connamara.. Clodagh the host were very responsive with instant replies. Thank you and we will come back again someday.

Collanmore Island Lodge is unreal, couldn't recommend it more! We had the best stag weekend ever here and Ciaran is a absolute gent. Getting to the island is easy and exciting, beds are comfy and facilities are top notch. Ideal for big family gatherings or any type of West of Ireland getaway. I will be back again for sure, thank you Ciaran and your great team.
