节后带着爸妈来旅行。阳光沙滩，干净整洁的房间，走十多分钟就有一个大型shoppingmall。里面有各国美食。公寓里自带泳池，人工波浪。小型篮球场。晚上泳池边有音乐酒吧。边吹着海风边喝自制鸡尾酒，非常惬意，下次介绍朋友来。

I had a great stay at Jae Soong’s place. I was contacted by Riza who is the on site help, she was great and answered all the questions I had, if I had an issue she came round straight away, she was also in contact every day to make sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you guys!

Overall stay was great. Very cold aircondition. Functioning hot and cold shower. You can plug in there your video game console if you bring one. Tahamik. Malapit sa MOA. 10/10

Me and my family had a great stay for our despedida. The unit is clean and spacious. They have a very big TV and we enjoyed it for our movie marathon. Wifi is fast and the unit is well equipped.

The Host is responsive and comfortable to speak with before and after the booking, really nice place to stay with and have a place to relax and unwind inside the city. 🥰

My bf and I had a great time at this place, it smells good when we checked in, feels home away from home, oh and water was also provided we dont need to bring one, host was very responsive to all my queries. This place is recommendable 👏🏻

Maganda yung place nagustuhan ko, sobrang lapit lang sa airport tas pagbaba mo my kainan n agad like fastfood,resto,malapit rin sa sa supermarket. Happy nmn ako s pgstay. All in all, marerecommend ko nmn sya. very responsive ang host and mabait.

Small room but very functional. Great views. Belle was a great host and responded very quickly with an issues or concerns I had, and was very flexible with check in and check out time.

We’ve stayed a couple times in Dynastel’s units and they have always been very friendly and accommodating. Rose was very helpful and answered and addressed all our requests. We look forward to staying in Dynastel’s listings again!

Very reasonable price and great location for people who want to explore Poblacion. Would still advise to be careful with your belongings when walking around the area.

The place and location is great! very friendly host… I have hard time waiting in line checking-in because its holyweek, so many visitors…. i will be back on ordinary days but pls avoid the holidays…

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and welcoming, providing thoughtful touches that made the experience even more special. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to everything I wanted to explore. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

1. All the appliances are working perfectly. Love that they have induction range where you can cook simple meals. 2. Sofa is convertible to bed. I wish they have extra blanket since we are 4 people. 3. Love their towels - thick and can easily dry you up. 4. Bed is also comfy. 5. The room is near the elevator and pool access which is great for family especially if you have kids. It is also located in 2nd floor which has easy access to stairs in case of emergency. My comments for improvement. 1. New tissues 2. Add more condiments atleast. 3. A bit dusty Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely put this as one of our favorite place to stay during summer time. The pools are big too for kids and adults. Oh, btw for some reason. You are not allowed to eat in the pool area. In case you have kids - this maybe a bit of a hassle. Thanks Timmy! You are such a great host! Till next time.
