I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard unavailable April - November ‘26. Front yard unavailable April - June ‘26.

(this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

Mother in law home, separated from upper residence, private entrance and parking. No locals for parties allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed.
