Guests also have access to 6 life jackets and 6 helmets for added safety and adventure. The 1-room apartment with air conditioning is on the ground floor and is cozy and small (approx. 20 sqm), functionally furnished, for max. 2 people! The studio was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and is simple but equipped with everything you need. It is quietly located and can be reached via a separate entrance (with a small terrace) in the rear garden of our holiday home. The patio and loungers are available to apartment guests for eating and relaxing.

The villa Lojena New studio apartment is located in the best location in the town of Murter, just a minute's easy walk to Slanica beach and 5 minutes to the center of Murter. The villa is located in a pedestrian zone (no traffic or noise from cars) that leads to the beach Slanica. In front of the house there is a large terrace of 400 m2 and a pool of 80 m2 with hydromassage tubes and 2 water hydromassage geysers. Villa is brand new, finished in July 2024.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
