Welcome to Buffalo69 Lodge at beautiful Lake Eufaula. This a dock access, pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bath lake house, located in Duchess Creek Estates. A very fun & family friendly lake community during the warmer months. You will have private dock access to boat slip that is 10' wide x 24' long. The dock is walking distance to the house & there is a loading ramp located just a short drive away in the neighborhood. You will also have access to the fire pit out front & a gas grill on the side.

Waterfront home located in Leisure Heights ready for your lake getaway! Boat ramps are close by and the shore also provides a safe place to land your boat directly down from the house. We also have a boat slip available which is about a 5 minute walk from the house. Enjoy the lake view from the large deck with plenty of space to hang out.
