Very spacious apartment (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) with private entrance. Located in Severn Bridge close to Hwy 11 at the Trent Severn waterway only 10 mins south of Gravenhurst. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!

Little Cabin "in the woods" - Log Home

A lakefront log home to escape from your busy lifestyle or to have a quiet place to work or play while staying at the lake. Your private suite is the lower level of our house and has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a large common area . The suite has a kitchenette with an air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator and microwave. We also have a two burner BBQ for your use. The lower deck overlooks the lake. Nearby to both Algonquin and Arrowhead Parks.

This is a spacious bright ground floor of house with a large bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, large living room/dining area, full kitchen including dishes and utensils, , backyard and parking. We are centrally located, close to downtown; restaurant, pizza, and convenience store across street; grocery, plaza, Tim Hortons, fuel within walking distance.
