It was the perfect place to stay for spring break getaway, plenty of room for everyone we felt safe, very clean, and the host responded immediately with a question that we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and modern villa, about a block from the beach and very nice swimming pool off the front porch. 2 parking spaces around the back of the building. Well maintained. Close quarters with neighbors, and pool could get too busy for social distancing (especially when beach closed due to storm flooding). Comfortably fit our family - 4 adults, 2 young kids. Surprise arcade in the bedroom! Kids loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay . Everything was very clean We felt very safe. The neighbors were friendly and we even caught some fish from the private boat dock. The Infiniti pool and view was breathtaking . We will definitely stay here again.

The unit was very nice and as described. It was very comfortable and everything was really clean and most importantly...everything worked. The only complaint I have and it is not the unit owners fault...is that the visitors in the area and other units were rowdy, drinking publicly and I witnessed at least one verbal altercation at the pool by visitors staying in a unit directly in front of the pool. Again, this is not the property owners fault but the HOA should be contacted. Otherwise this was a great stay!

The home was beautiful, it had everything we needed. Very clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Did have someone park in our spot, we called the number provided and when we came back 1 hour later the car was gone. Thank you for being proactive with that. The home is beautiful and you can tell by lol the decor that they take pride in it. The cleaning fee was a little over 200$ I thought that was a little high. But overall the stay was perfect! Even the locals were very nice. We’ll definitely be back.

Mi único problema fue al ingresar con mascota . No estaba claro que debíamos pagar un adicional por llevar la mascota. En La aplicación de Airbnb no nos aparecía el monto adicionado y no me permitían pagar en efectivo por el animal por ende … no nos dejaban ingresar a la propiedad y era de noche y estaba con niños y mascota. Solucionado luego de 2 hs de llamadas a Airbnb pudimos pagar 150 dol por la mascota e ingresar. El lugar si vale la pena. El departamento es precioso y fue una hermosa estadía . Solo el ingreso con mascota fue complicado . Pero el edificio SI es pet friendly! Y estuvo todo muy bien

The heated pool access right through the patio was wonderful

It was a very clean and friendly atmosphere. The space had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great location aside from the drive to it through Rockport due to the flooding! Otherwise, great amenities. Fishing of the dock, my kids caught multiple fish and a crab. Beware of the crocodile/gators though. Very clean. Had everything you need to cook in the kitchen as far as pots, pans, etc. Family friendly. Pull out bed on 3rd floor was actually comfortable plus the full bath up there was a plus. Rockport beach was also very close and clean, as well as good restaurants nearby. Latitude was 15-20 min. A must.

This is our second time staying at this location. We love the proximity it to the beach. It was spring break and the crowd wasn’t crazy like in some areas. Very much family friendly area. Only problem we had was down stairs ac wasn’t working. They brought us a portable right away and replaced the whole unit the next morning. Shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I highly recommend this place.

It's a perfect place for large group. We were 4 families sharing the place and the kids had fun especially with the heated pool.

This property allowed my family to make irreplaceable memories! It was exactly what we needed! The walk-in shower downstairs was amazing. The floors were seriously so clean we couldn’t stop talking about it the entire trip! The beds were so soft and clean it (in every room) had me googling pillow toppers and liens for my own home. 😂 The upstairs back bedroom is extremely quiet, so if you have any light sleepers this would be the perfect spot! The pool was absolutely to die for, it’s on the smaller side but a night/early morning swim was a staple for our family’s trip! We even used the fenced in private yard to play cornhole! The only thing I could warn others about is the tv/wifi connection. The host does provide detailed instructions but you definitely need to have a tech savvy person in your group to navigate the living room tv! We will be staying here again! It was an amazing experience mainly due to our accommodations! 💕

We really enjoyed our stay! the home was furnished well, clean, loved that our place was close to the pool and the location was close enough to multiple beach accesses.

Fav new condo in Port A! Beautiful pool, super comfy beds, and all the amenities!

Great for a toddler, cute playground and splash pad and the pool was warm. Right across the street from a drive on gorgeous beach.

It was just like the pictures and was exactly what was expected I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end!Will def book again!
