I had an amazing 2 week stay at Thien's place. The location for me was perfect - a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and nightlife, but away from the tourist crowds. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and smaller grocery stores nearby. Gyms within 5- 10 minutes by grab. The studio apartment is located in the trendy My An area of Da Nang, but also close enough to the main down town area. The studio is large enough, with all the conveniences needed for a short or long stay - great for tourists or digital nomads. The internet works fast, comfortable furniture, full kitchen, and a great bathroom. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Louis Mo’s apartment for a month and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and well located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

I stayed here while working remotely and it was perfect! The internet was super fast—no issues at all with video calls. The lighting in the apartment at night is really nice too, which made working late hours easy. It’s super quiet inside, you don’t hear any outside noise, and the view from the balcony is luckily not facing the street, which I appreciated. The location is also amazing, just a short walk to the ocean! And right downstairs there’s a 24/7 grocery store that literally has everything you need. The host and his wife were great, really helpful and quick to respond anytime I had a question. Honestly, the place looked even better in person than in the photos. Totally recommend it!

The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

We loved this place for its many benefits, it was in a less busy location but still close to everything and in a walkable distance from the beach. The house had everything we needed, spare towels, hairdryer in each room, cleaning liquids. Coming here with a baby, we appreciated the small pool. The host was super responsive and answered around the clock. A perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

숙소는 전체적으로 너무 좋았습니다! 바퀴를 마주하긴 했지만 한분이었고..ㅎㅎ 한시장도, 콩카페도, 한강도 너무 가까워서 걸어다녔어요. 21개월 아기 안고 다녔는데도 전혀 어렵지 않았습니다! 다만 욕조에 얼룩과 줄눈에 곰팡이, 샤워커튼이 좀 더러웠어요. 러그도 뽀송해보이진 않았습니다ㅠㅠ 그래도 전체적으로 관리가 잘 된 집, 응답도 빠르고 불편한건 없었습니다! 잘 쉬고 가요🥹

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.
