Little Salt Guest House: steps from the water

Recently renovated guest house on a quiet, coastal street. Enjoy a relaxing five minute walk to the intracoastal waterway at the end of the street or take a quick drive to Trails End Park. A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.

Cape Fear River View-Parking-Dog Friendly!

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

The Sausalito Retreat is designed for families in mind. Children and adults will enjoy the swingset, playhouse, firepit for s’mores, chalkboard wall, and game table! Beach chairs are available for use during your stay 🏖️ Fresh chocolate chip cookies await you upon your arrival 🍪.

Enjoy this very large and cozy new home in a quiet neighborhood that’s a 5 minute drive to Carolina Beach! Can comfortably sleep up to 8 people so there’s enough room for the whole group, and has a fenced-in yard so you can bring all your dogs (dogs only allowed). The Pond View Loft Apartment offers a private retreat on a quiet three-acre wooded property with a beautiful spring-fed three-quarter-acre stocked pond. Conveniently located just seven miles from Wrightsville Beach and ten miles from downtown Wilmington, the loft provides the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options, including a movie theater, are also nearby.

Salty Pelican @ The Waterway,Wrightsville Beach

Feel like a local at this newly renovated, unique unit that sits next to the Intracoastal Waterway. No need to search for parking! Walk to many popular restaurants; stroll across the bridge and walk the loop. Only a six minute BIKE RIDE to the beach. The Salty Pelican is bright and clean with luxurious linens. Stay a few nights or a few weeks, it's all yours for your beachy/business stay.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
