Welcome to the Stokley Cottage! Completely renovated in 2023 this charming property still resonates the charm of a true historical beach cottage. Enjoy all the benefits of our Iconic location steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway, famous WB Drawbridge and of course the beach! Take a stroll to FishHouse Grill or Dockside for sunset cocktails or a waterfront lunch. Skip the parking fees, grab bikes and cruise over the bridge for a day on the beach then retreat back to your shady front porch!

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

The perfect place to recharge or explore the great Wilmington Area! 0.65 miles from the Wilmington Municipal Golf Course, 7 minutes from UNCW, 15 minutes to Carolina Beach, 10 to Wrightsville Beach and Downtown with Long Leaf Park in your backyard! Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Wilmington Beach House

Come enjoy this very large and cozy new home in a quiet neighborhood that’s a 5 minute drive to Carolina Beach! Comfortably sleeps up to 8 people so there’s enough room for the whole group, and has a fenced-in yard so you can bring all your dogs (dogs only allowed). Enjoy a community dock for wildlife watching and ocean sounds. Carolina Beach is 8 minutes away, with Wrightsville Beach and Downtown Wilmington just 18 minutes away.

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
