Amazing warm welcome after I arrived really early and was flexible with my check in, which was much appreciated after my sleeper bus. Place was exactly as described/as per photos and the location was peaceful but only a short rickshaw ride to all the sights. l learnt so much more about Mysore than I would have done had I not stayed here. It was also nice to meet and chat with other guests over breakfast each morning.

The place is nestled in the midst of a 25 acre coffee plantation. The owners are warm and gracious hosts who took care of our needs. The food was amazing and is home cooked. There is a lot to explore for hiking, nature lovers within the plantation. Definitely would recommend the place to anyone looking for calm surroundings and a wonderful place to stay at. The room is tastefully done up. Sandeep communicated with us and helped us with finding the right transport from the airport to the place. Sandeep's parents take care of the property and they took great care of us. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday!

This was a truly wonderful stay for me. Lakshman and his wife are incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly - they went above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure I had a nice day. A special mention to the local Coorgi food that was prepared for me - so tasty and a great chance to sample local cuisine. Finally, the property itself is lovely - it’s housed on Lakshman’s coffee estate, in peaceful surroundings and near to Nagarhole. There’s also three sweet dogs to play with during your stay - would highly recommend! :)

Great place to stay, me and my friend had a great time. the care takers were also good and try to resolve most of our Needs. Food was good. long story short, no complaints about the place and would love to go there again with friends or family. If possible book both the rooms it give you good privacy as it will be only you in the property.

A lovely place to absorb sights and sounds of nature : wake up with the sound of cock crowing in mornings with warm sunlight stream into the bedroom window, clean and fresh air, views of coffee estates around the property. The mini farm/zoo is definitely a plus point making the place family friendly. It was a wonderful stay with good food and excellent hosts.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Souland. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, offering mouth watering home cooked food and checking in to ensure everything was perfect throughout. The space itself was nothing short of beautiful—immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated with an eye for detail. Every corner of the home had a cozy, aesthetic charm that made it the perfect place to relax. It was clear that a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and inviting environment. It was very serene. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-cared-for retreat with exceptional hosts. All in all, it was perfect and we enjoyed it tons. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Racoon rooms may look like a service apartment from outside but honestly it has the energy of a home, we found the staff to be very supportive and the lady who serves breakfast is really sweet. Cat is really friendly and having access to kitchen, washing machine is really good! Room are small but if you are someone who would only come back to the place to sleep then it’s sufficient

Sumitra at the reception is super helpful and trusty, she is always proactive to help customers’ needs. Feeling always welcome from her to get back to hostel. Many thanks to her and two thumbs up :)

I’d booked myself in here for my week in Mysore and I’m so happy I did, it was the perfect place for me. I even extended my stay by one extra night to catch one of the activities running there. Hopefully I’ll be back in Gokulam and I know where I’ll be staying. Ideal location, great food at excellent prices and always served with a smile. I did the yoga every morning, excellent guidance and encouragement. I enjoyed reading my book in the peaceful garden. Thanks Aditya and team for the friendly welcome.

I had a pleasant stay. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. The room and bathroom are kept clean. The staff is courteous and the breakfast provided is sumptuous.

The property aptly matched the description and is located in a very calm and peaceful environment with very good accessibility. All the required amenities are available to suit short and long term stays. The host, was jovial, responsive and accommodative. I would highly recommend this property for any one visiting mysore and looking for a cordial stay.

Amazing stay amid beautiful and serene surroundings. Good and decent size rooms for a couple. The care takers Badhri and Rahul were amazing, kind and professional. The food was super delicious and excellent service. A enjoyable and worth stay. Highly recommended.
