Located steps away from the Historic Jones House, and a stones throw away from the Fredonia Hotel. You are walking distance to the Fredonia Brewery, The Cottage Wine Bar and all that downtown has to offer. This cottage has one King bed, a spacious living, dining, kitchen combination, and many other amenities.

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing!
