大変素晴らしい宿でした。 大きな窓から森を眺めるという名前の通り、非常に開放的な窓があり素晴らしい森林を眺めてゆったりと過ごせました。 是非追分に来た際にはお勧めしたいです。

Good experience and cozy place

Enjoyed our stay of 4 couples and kids. Many rooms, good layout for hanging out and good appliances, hot water and heater.

Wir kamen an einem regnerischen, kalten Abend bei der Unterkunft an. Es stehen diverse Heizkörper zur Verfügung, welche das Haus schnell wärmen und angenehm machen. In der grossen Badewanne kann man sich wunderbar von einer anstrengenden Wanderung oder vom kalten Regenwetter erholen und entspannen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte zu Gast, haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.

とても静かな環境で家族と愛犬と静かな休暇を快適に過ごすことができました。ホストのレスポンスもとても早く、手書きのウェルカムメッセージをはじめきめ細やかな心遣いが心地よかったです。

Completely secluded cabin with beautiful mountain views. Host was very helpful and went over and beyond to care for us.

Marks place was great and I enjoyed the time there. It was a little tricky to find the house and the roads were a little tricky to navigate. Definitely need 4wd in the winter. I would give everything a 4.9 if I could; it’s tricky to find the house in the first try. Mark himself was great and even warmed up the house for us which was really nice.

Loved our stay in Nagano. The cabin was a nice change from the busy cities. Loved the location and wood fire! Kitchen had enough crockery etc to cook our own meals. Plenty of towels supplied, wood, kerosine for the heaters, shampoo and conditioner etc. Very peaceful location and not far from local attractions. Our only feedback would be around the shower fitting. The shower head does not fit in the wall fittings properly which sent the water into one corner of the bathroom. Fixing this would make the bathroom experience so much better. 😀 Also, the TV is not a Smart TV which made it difficult to watch anything but Japanese TV at night time. Overall, we loved the cabin, great stay for our 3 nights.

山奥なので虫などはいますが、綺麗で心地よい宿でした！焚き火ピットは無料でアミ、トングなどが用意してありました。あと、宿に入るのに有料道路を使って入って行く必要があるので現金は手持ちで持っていたほうが良いかと思います！

とてもくつろげました。 まわりにはコテージ？民家がありますが、プライベート空間感が味わえます。木の香りがとても良かったです。 虫対策がばっちりでした。 夏も良さそうです。

Beautiful, large cabin, in an incredibly picturesque setting. The hot bath is such a great touch and soothed our tired bodies after some winter hiking

施設が綺麗。サウナもついてこの値段はかなり良かったです。 サウナは110度まで上がったので満足でした。 食器や調理器具も充実していました。 ホストも連絡がすぐ返ってきたので予約から滞在まで安心して過ごせました。

First of all, John and Tracy clearly love what they do, and really are pros when it comes to providing hospitality. they made us feel like true guests, embracing our kids and welcoming us around their Christmas tree and fireplace for Christmas morning. The cabin is wonderful, private and surrounded by plenty of space and trees to make it feel it bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the slopes and downtown Hakuba. However you can still walk to Goryu, or catch a quick shuttle bus, and plenty of restaurants are 3-5 mins stroll away. This place is perfect for those that like a little privacy in a gorgeous cabin that is still walkable to restaurants and close to the slopes. Highly recommend.

The property is with a beautiful and peaceful surrounding neighborhood. A little farm cafe with a Mount Fuji view is right next to it on the hill. And a lot of local restaurants on the way driving to here. You can also go for a hike onto Yatsugatake. Me and my family all like this property very much! And Michiyo is a very nice host with fast response and friendly attitude.

**A Hidden Gem in Winter!** While this cottage is clearly a summer favorite, our winter stay was magical! The deck BBQ was a standout—grilling in the snowy surroundings was an unforgettable experience. The cozy atmosphere, combined with the warmth of the hosts and staff, made us feel so welcome. Don’t overlook this place in the colder months—it’s a true winter retreat! ❄️🍖🏡
