A beautiful, spacious place with places of entertainment and great attention to detail. Perfect for a family or friends. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back without hesitation.

Stayed as a family. Better than the pictures. Lindiwe was very accommodating, responsive and a great host. We all felt right at home. Amazing find. If we ever in the area again we won’t hesitate to return. Thank you for making this lovely space available.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very at home in Bab's place. The first thing we wanted, was a cup of tea after our 4 hour road trip and it was all there: teas, coffee, milk, rusks and some other snacks. The beds were very comfy, the living area is cosy and outside awaits a very well kept garden and lawn. Bab's place is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood and quite close to North Ridge Mall. All in all, we were very happy during our stay and will definitely return next time we visit Bloem.

We were in Livingstone for a wedding, with multiple groups traveling in and booking a variety of accommodations and Airbnbs. Our place seemed to be the best of all the homes. We really enjoyed the pool and AC in the bedrooms. Most of all, the staff working at the house (Irene and Donut) were on site each day and were so helpful in helping coordinate laundry and other things that we ended up needing while in Zambia. We will definitely book this place anytime we’re in Livingstone.

Last minute booking, Josephine & her team went above and beyond for us. The 3 bedroom loft was a dream for our stay. We felt safe and very comfortable. We enjoyed the thoughtful welcome amenity. We will be back.

Jonas was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. His house is very spacious and clean. Great value for money. We will be back again.

Karen is a really nice host and very flexible. The splash pool was nice and the family unit has a separate fence if you want to keep Simba (the very friendly dog) on distance. Very good communication all the time!

Sese’s place is great and matches the description. Everything was clean, AC in bedroom works great and the shower is hot. I read a review that it takes 40 minutes for the water to get hot, didn’t time it but is probably closer to 10-15 minutes. Sese met me at the airport and we took a taxi to the house. Once I had the location getting a taxi to anywhere I wanted to go was very east as there is a main road less than a minute walk away with a constant flow of taxis (8 pula or 30 for a special). She also messaged periodically to see how I was doing or if I need anything. She is a very responsive and present host (while giving the privacy of the private guest home on the property). I would certainly stay here again. Nice house that is easy to get to anywhere from (including airport) and is good value for the price. Much nicer than a room in a guest house.

Everything was perfect ! Great apartment in Windhoek. We stayed there for one night before we left for Etosha. Eike and the dogs were really sweet !

A beautiful home, lots of space and safe. This place is great for bigger families. The fire place is a great addition which set a relaxing, warm atmosphere as the fire crackled away.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in KayJays Nest und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Vielen Dank!

My Family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Kotie’s place. She was a very helpful and responsive host with loads of great tips. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet oasis in Windhoek.

My husband and I stayed with our three young boys and this place was absolutely perfect and ideal for our family of 5. The courtyard had motorbikes which our boys were obsessed with, a beautiful green front yard and a play ground in the back. It was so spacious and enough beds for all of us. The beds were comfortable and smelt clean. The kitchen was stocked with rusks, coffee , hot chocolate and tea and spices for braai-ing. The place actually looks better in person than the photos, everything was neat, clean and in order. We definitely want to stay again when we’re around! There was so much attention to detail, the space smelt clean and fresh and no so “ stuffy “ which we’ve experienced in other places. This was really a luxury retreat. Our boys didn’t want to leave. Such a wonderful experience and the host was so friendly and very welcoming and responsive. We felt right at home! 20/10 thank you Luzane!

Shana’s place is more beautiful than in pictures . Easy to locate and very clean . The beach is a stone throw and we enjoyed beach walks and views. Will surely return . Host responds fast and friendly.

I can boldly recommend this place for anyone visiting Victoria Falls. My team were all happy throughout our stay. We have no single complaints. Excellent services from Precious and team.
