This second storey waterfront suite is completely private with separate entrance. Beautiful, open design with full kitchen and quartz counters. The bedroom has a queen bed with laundry in suite. Spacious washroom with marble tile and countertops. WiFi, cable, utilities, free parking at road. This home was built in 2022 so nearly new. Enjoy watching the cruise ships go by with breathtaking views of the Salish Sea in this bright, clean vaulted space. Fully furnished and equipped.

Everything downtown can be reached by walking 10–15 minutes. Casino, restaurants, bars, waterfront boardwalk, park, convention center, car rental, Harbour Air. 5 minute drive to Departure Bay, Hullo ferry, VIU, beach. 15 minute drive to Duke Point. Busses close. EVO bikes close by too. Accommodation is the basement of a house built in 1934 on a big lot in a character neighborhood. Lots of windows. Funky cabin like design. Big garden. Generous parking area.
