The Blackwood River is right at your door step with plenty of walk trails and bike tracks to discover. Town centre is within strolling distance but the chalet is located on the edge of a 130acre paddock. There is an adjoining second chalet connected by a locked decking door. This quaint cottage has old world charm with all original features such as tongue in groove wood walls and elevated ceilings, jarrah floors, cosy kitchen with ornate original Metters stove, original metal claw bath and pedestal sink, jarrah, pressed-tin and zincalume feature walls. It is a bit like walking into yesteryear. The furnishings are a fun retro-chic style in each room.
