Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

A coveted in-town location within Nantucket’s historic district, just a quick stroll downtown to enjoy the premier dining options, charming boutiques, award-winning Whaling Museum & more. In our two-story, two-bedroom home we've added lots of NEW items - linens, pillows, towels, individual toiletries, coffee, smart TVs, Alexa, Keyless Entry, a new dishwasher, new dryer, new stove & microwave & a new Pack n' Play & Highchair for our littlest guests. Our cottage is perfect for 4-5 people.

The Nantucket Farmhouse

The Nantucket Farm House was built in 1840 and was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023. If you are having trouble with ferry reservations and need a car, please let us know. We might be able to help. The home very private and is very close to beaches, bike paths, and the Nantucket public transportation stop. We are experienced Air BnB Superhosts and are committed to excellent service and guest satisfaction. We also have a full-time caretaker on island for your convenience.

You're a short 10 min walk from Edgartown's amazing restaurants & shops, in addition to a short bike ride to Katama's famous South Beach or Oak Bluff's State Beach. Both easily accessible via bike paths.

A unique upside down two bedroom cottage with a deck and a view of the Harbor. A curated space with antique beams, handcrafted doors, flooring and cabinetry, antiques and fine art. The community is located on the bike path providing easy access to the beach (1.5 miles), town (2 miles), and other amenities.

My place is close to the Bike Path, Edgartown, South Beach, Katama General Store, Katama Farm, Edgartown Lighthouse, great views. Take the bike path either direction for all of the island's attractions. You’ll love my place because of the Renovated Kitchen, Renovated Bathrooms, Comfortable Furniture, Convenience to Everything, Outdoor Shower, Deck.
