House is in a lovely family-friendly neighborhood just steps from the fishing pond and beach and walking distance to Poppanesset Resort and shops. House is a tidy rancher with spacious, bright kitchen (skylight and huge island with plenty of seating). Shared living area features two sitting areas, dining rolm table, large double fireplace (not used), and roomy deck and yards. Bedrooms are ideal for a family…primary with queen bed (en suite bath) and two secondaries with a pair of twin beds each (shared bath in hall). It’s pricey, but so is the neighborhood and location so close to the shore and amenities!

Amy was amazing. She checked in to see how our stay was going. she sent a list of things to do in the area. the house had everything you needed. My family enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The house is very close to the ocean, it’s well laid out and the host is responsive. We highly recommend this AirBnB.

Valentina and Alex’s home was perfect in every way. From how clean and comfortable it was to its location directly across from the beach. They were so accommodating and helpful. If you have a family, a well behaved dog, and are looking for a stress free vacation on the beach this home is for you. Will definitely consider returning.

Was everything we hoped for, cosy, beautiful place, the house and the locality. A little bit out of town as we didn’t hire a car and the busses weren’t running yet but Uber was no problem at all. Had an unfortunate start with the hot water but Liam was so responsive and fixed in no time, hardly inconvenienced. Great place highly recommend

we had a wonderful time with our two small kids at the "trapezoid house" (as they called it). beautiful ocean views and a great, private beach meant that it was so easy to just relax around the home. being less than 5 minutes from Hiyannis ensured there was always something to do (even before the normal Cape season). we would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Loved that you can walk to the beach and town. It would be great if there were bikes to use to make getting into town a bit easier but we went off- season so parking wasnt a problem. Cecil was great with communication and everything was as described.

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Perfect stay - just be sure to bring or order sheets and towels!

Chris' home was clean, bright and very well-stocked. He was timely in communication, and the area was perfect. Beaches, dining and shopping were all within walking distance or a quick drive. It's a great location for taking the ferry to either Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. We certainly hope to return!

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

We lived our stay at Micaela's house!! it's is so roomy, impeccably clean, super fast wifi and great amenities. It's a bit of a drive or walk to get to town, but we knew and expected that, and didn't mind at all. We loved the quiet neighborhood and peaceful surroundings. We could have comfortable accommodated a few more folks- and if you have kids, that basement downstairs will be a dream hangout! Micaela is extremely communicative; often replied to questions within a few minutes. The weather was terrible all weekend and we were so glad we were staying in such a beautiful, spacious, comfortable home.

We had a nice winter stay. Location was close to the Hy-line ferry for the Nantucket stroll. We now want to return in the summer.

Ryan is an extremely attentive host, and Under the Sea was fantastic! Space was exactly as shown and met our needs perfectly. Bummed we had to cut our trip short, hope to return in summer. Thank you so much Ryan!

Comfortable yet spacious home nestled in the woods of New Seabury. Great location to visit beaches and restaurants. Just minutes from Mashpee Commons and Falmouth for shopping and dining. Beautiful place, Thanks Alex!

Came here for my sisters bachelorette. It was amazing . We felt right at home . It was very spacious and clean . Hosts thought of everything . Definitely would come back. The hosts were very responsive and very flexible. Great place to stay. The games and ping pong and air hockey tables were a hit !!

Exceptional - believe the hype/countless 5-star reviews. Amy's home is an ideal home base on MV, especially for families. The location is great (easy walk to town), the backyard is gorgeous, the home itself is spotless and has every toy/amenity you could want. (We especially loved the proximity to the large, well-maintained playground and town library.) Amy is an excellent host and made herself available before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back.

Simone by the Sea was fabulous! Super cool, functional, beach house. The house had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect. You just need to be aware that you are walking down somewhat of a busy road for about 120 feet before there is a sidewalk. The location however, is fabulous. A 6 minute walk away from all of the fun, restaurants and bars in Oak Bluffs. A three minute walk to the oak bluffs marina. Supermarket and liquor store are literally a two minute walk the deck on the second floor was a very nice treat, great place to have a nightcap or morning coffee and take in the sun. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The entire house has been updated recently, and includes beautifully appointed bathrooms and kitchen. We were not missing a thing. Thank you so much for the experience.

We loved our stay at the Boucher Beachcoma!! The house was beautiful, everything looked brand new, very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. It was very well stocked and great amenities. Good location close to everything. Elise was extremely friendly, helpful, communicative and accommodating to work with through our time renting with her. Would absolutely stay here again!!
