A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Montauk Private Beach Bungalow

Beautiful secluded cottage tucked away at the end of cul-de-sac and surrounded by a nature preserve. Montauk’s finest waterfront dining and bars are less than a mile. The house has a large living room with a fireplace, king bed in one and a full bed with a twin in the other, a full bath, outdoor shower hot & cold, an eat-in kitchen. There is a large very private patio with a grill, dining table and lounge area. The private beach is stunning and a 3 minute walk from the house. Pets are welcome.

This clean, bright, and airy cottage offers a serene escape with stunning views of Napeague Harbor. Just a short walk away lies one of the most beautiful ocean beaches The home feature- 3 comfortable bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower Inside, The cottage is well-appointed and designed. While the train from Amagansett to Montauk does pass behind the house, it does not obstruct the tranquil bay views. Please note: Due to health concerns, we are unable to accommodate animals.

Please note there is no kitchen, however a small fridge, Keurig coffeemaker and microwave, plates/utensils are provided. Hampton's Dream Suite- Is a guest suite in East Hampton, NY. From relaxing by the pool, to taking a day trip to Montauk, or visiting some of the best beaches in the Hamptons, the opportunities here are endless! It offers a bedroom with a Queen size Select Comfort bed, living room has two queen sofa beds and a full bathroom. It has a Kitchenette, Central AC/Heat with a 65" smart TV with surround sound and DVD, Blue ray and Xbox Games . There is also a TV and blue Ray player in the bedroom.

East Hampton Oasis - Pool and Hot Tub

Nestled at the end of a private road in the Springs section of East Hampton, this classic Hamptons home will keep you and your friends/family entertained. Living room with sonos sound system, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor living area with lounge chairs, a bbq, bar, pool and hot tub. All 3 bedrooms have AC. Towels and linens provided. Washer/dryer available. CLOSE TO BEACH AND EH VILLAGE. The pool is open May 5 through October 5. The hot tub remains open year round.

**POOL CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30TH** **POOL opens last week of May** This is a guest house for 1 or 2 adults. Its separate from the main house. Kids are allowed but must bring own sleeping arrangements. You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone.
