Situated on the sunny side of the hill "The Large House" is one of the oldest homes in Napier. Built in the 1880's it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. A 10 minute steep walk to Marine Parade, central Napier and its many restaurants. We provide breakfast in the conservatory.
