The house is amazing. We had a group of ladies, 8 of us. It was perfectly comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean.

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

Beautiful house that was perfect for our party. The neighborhood is undergoing revitalization so some areas near by are less than desirable but we always had easy access to the highway for where we wanted to go.

This was the perfect house for a family get away! Pam was an incredible host and provided us with breakfast, snacks and coffee!! The house was well equipped and had everything you could think of needing! The large family room was such a great place for us to hang out together and the pool was an added bonus! The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds! The basement was the perfect place for the kids to hang out and relax! We would love to stay in their home again sometime!

Great place, Great location...close to Broadway. My only complaint was that the cleaning people showed up at 3:20pm and we're not done cleaning the apartment until 4:30pm, so we had to wait for them to finish before we could unpack...not the owners fault, but the owner should be aware.

Amy was a fantastic host with great communication throughout our stay. The house had a really artsy vibe with a lot of eclectic decorations and was super clean! Great house!

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

Before our trip, I spent a long time researching accommodations because I wanted the best experience. We had a great stay overall. The location was excellent. It had a beautiful view, fast WiFi, great AC, and was within easy walking distance of Brooklyn Bowl. Parking was conveniently close to the entrance, and the shower had great water pressure (almost too much pressure). The bed frame was loud, and the height of the mattress came up to my belly button (I'm 5'4"), so some people might find it difficult to get in and out of bed. The couch was comfy. A box fan in the bedroom would help with airflow and masking neighbor noise. There were a few things that could have been upgraded, but nothing that truly interfered with our stay. We appreciated the peaceful river view from the balcony. With a few small upgrades, this place could easily go from good to fantastic. I would rebook with Todd.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

My husband gifted me a night here so I could safely crash after a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. I didn't need it, but I loved that there were products there already for makeup removal. Checkout requests were reasonable and easy to follow. It was clean, cute. and comfy!

We stayed here for a 2 night concert in Nashville. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to Nissan stadium, about a mile. We had our 2 boys, ages 12 and 10, and felt safe walking with them. We were able to walk to Broadway as well as Germantown. The condo was very comfortable and an awesome spot on the river. If and when we return to Nashville we would absolutely check availability here first!

We had a great stay. The place was so nice. Very cute, clean and great location. We enjoyed the pool and got a little sun. Easy walked to Broadway. We will definitely be back.
