Lun og nyoppusset leilighet på Nedre Grunerløkka. Dette spesielle stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Seng er 120 cm bred, lite men koselig soverom. Oppfordrer gjester til å sjekke bilder slik at man ser at soverommet er lite. Noen har reagert på lite soverom, men det er altså akkurat som på bildene. Sengen er en god seng, men liten, 120 cm bred. Det er ikke en sammenleggbar seng.
