Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located guesthouse! It's just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and only 30 minutes to most ski resorts. A skier's dream!! Great freeway access, and located in the adorable walkable neighborhood of Highland Park. It has several shops and restaurants only two or three blocks away. Our kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove top, and coffee maker. We do not have an oven. This is the place studio is ready to make you feel right at home in Salt Lake!

From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

Our basement, guest-suite apartment is nestled at the foothills of Salt Lake, offering a breathtaking sunset view of the valley. The private entrance is connected to our main residence through the carport of our home. Our peaceful neighborhood has convenient freeway access and just minutes from University of Utah, Downtown, and Park City. Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

The Beesley Cottage is attached to one of the most Historic homes in Salt Lake City. After a full renovation, the property now has modern comforts without losing its antique charm. The Cottage is attached to the main house, but has a private entrance so that guests can come and go as they please. There is also one parking spot on the premises. Located just a few blocks from the Utah State Capitol, the location is incredibly central, just minutes from downtown SLC.
