An stunning flat in the top, 2nd floor (only by stairs) , situated right on the water It's a comfortable with big balcony and a breathtaking view! It's located in the city centre and the beach is ideal for families looking for quite holiday.Super markets beach bars and taverns are availiable within walking from the flat. The flat has two bedroom,a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, wc and shower. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from Thessaloniki!

Η Βιλα Αθηνα βρισκεται 120 μ απο εξαιρετικη παραλία και μόλις 350 μ απο το κέντρο της Νέας Καλλικρατειας. Το διαμερισμα του 1ου οροφου διαθετει 2 υπνοδωματια και σαλοκουζίνα στην οποια υπαρχουν 2καναπεδες που ευκολα μετατρεπονται σε διπλα κρεβατια. Στο μπανιο υπαρχει ορθιο υδρομασσαζ. Τηλεοραση 55' στη σαλοκουζινα και απο μια TV32' στα υπνοδωματια , ολες smartv & NETFLIX. Ο υπεροχος εξωτερικος χώρος καθως και η πισινα χρησιμοποιειται μονο απο τους ενοικους των 2διαμερισματων της Βιλλας.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι μεγάλο ,άνετο και έχει παροχές όπως σούπερ μάρκετ με δωρεάν πάρκινγκ απέναντι και φαρμακειο ακριβώς από κάτω. Η απόσταση από την παραλία είναι περίπου 250 μέτρα και φαίνεται από το μπαλκόνι.Το μπαλκόνι εχει θέα το κέντρο. Το σαλόνι είναι ευρύχωρο με τηλεόραση 50 ιντσών 4K smart TV και ο καναπές μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε κρεβάτι 2 ατόμων .το σαλόνι έχει τραπεζαρία για 6 άτομα και πλήρη κουζινα . Στο κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και ντουλάπα καθώς και μπαλκόνι.
