Willkommen in unserer brandneuen Airbnb-Unterkunft „ NEA home“ in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Griechenland! Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.

This is a beautiful chalet house, locally famous for its enormous bougainvillea, that features a private parking space, a fireplace, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a back garden with BBQ facilities, and a patio surrounded by gorgeous plants. Centrally located in popular Peramos, it is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and a stone's throw from numerous restaurants and cafes.

Helianthos Villa - Apartment 3

A very cosy house(40sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.

Downtown Apartment

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
