Το σπίτι είναι ισόγειο και βρίσκεται 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ στο λιμάνι. Υπάρχουν σε απόσταση αναπνοής μαγαζιά ( ιχθυοπωλείο, κρεοπωλείο, κομμωτήριο, φούρνος κτλ), όμως είναι ήσυχα. Μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 7 άτομα και 2 βρέφη.Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ( με το διπλό κρεβάτι) , ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και τη σαλοκουζίνα στην οποία μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 3 άτομα, δύο ενήλικες στον μεγάλο καναπέ και 1 άτομο στον άλλο, απέναντι από το τραπέζι της κουζίνας.
