We brought this unit because we love the location and our favourite complex!

A 5 min walk from the ferry terminal, IGA, Bottle-o and local bus stop to access beaches & bays, or hire an island car to explore this beautiful unspoilt island paradise. The ever popular family friendly, patrolled, safe and popular swimming beach Alma Bay is just a few minutes walk. Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel, cafes, newsagent and specialty shops are also only a few minutes walk.

The Footbridge Garden Studio

The Footbridge is a one bedroom studio on the doorstep of beautiful Horseshoe Bay. Adult guests, whether your a single or couple , will enjoy a private courtyard and own pool. A queen size bed with attached en suite. Not suitable for infants and children. A brief walk ,160 steps, to great cafes, restaurants, beach, and bush walks. Enjoy beautiful beach side sunsets and the magic of the famous Magnetic island Butterfly park at your back door The Footbridge studio is the perfect getaway.

So close to all amenities but surrounded by trees, birds, wallabies, koalas. With the creek across the road you feel like you're in a tropical rainforest.

Otherwise, plenty of space for smaller groups to spread out and enjoy with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. There is a good sized swimming pool or it's only a short stroll to the local beach. If you don't feel like cooking, walk down to the local bar for a steak and some beers or whatever else you fancy. Enjoy & relax on Magnetic Island.

Located on a no through road amidst tropical palms is our fully self contained 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor of our home. Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds. Off street parking is available.

This unique and tranquil getaway is located alongside the butterfly rainforest. Enjoy interacting with the wildlife including koalas and wallabies in their natural environment. This newly built granny flat is attached to a garage at the rear of the block with its own private entrance.
