Everything was perfect, the little touches like music playing upon entering the home the first time. And breakfast sausages to cook up. The landscape is beautiful and serene. The whole house was extremely clean. we would love to stay here again.

Kris is such a pleasure! Her work with wood is so interesting. We got to pet her children (horses) and it was nice to have such a clean place, comfortable bed and in close drive time to Makers Mark distillery. A nice stay to see a distillery, get a few nice meals and chat with Kris. Thank you for welcoming us into your place!!!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin on the lake, and it truly felt like home. The perfect getaway! The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the peaceful surroundings allowed us to relax and unwind. Wonderful experience at Boone’s Cabin! Secluded setting in a great location for the Bourbon Festival. Cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sheila was very proactive and even got us in early! Would definitely visit again.
