La casa è bellissima, così vicina al mare che sempre di stare in barca. Pulitissima e ben arredata. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, precisi e reattivi (Elina, la figlia del proprietario, è sempre stata velocissima a rispondere ai messaggi) e ci hanno aiutato con vari problemi che abbiamo avuto che non dipendevano dall’alloggio. Purtroppo a metà vacanza ha iniziato a soffiare fortissimo il Meltemi (da quel punto di vista la posizione della casa non aiuta, ma va anche detto che abbiamo avuto molta sfortuna col vento in quei giorni) e ha un po’ rovinato l’atmosfera..che peccato, ce la saremmo voluta godere di più. Sicuramente da consigliare.

They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. We had the most perfect stay at Kostas’ place! Nestled in a quiet little village just steps away from hidden beaches, it was everything we hoped for and more. The view from the porch is simply unbelievable — we enjoyed every meal out there, and even took relaxing dips in the jacuzzi under the stars. The house was spotless — super clean and clearly well cared for — which made it even easier to settle in and feel comfortable from the first moment. It’s also fully equipped for cooking and truly made us feel at home. Traveling with two young kids (ages 4 and 6), we found the location ideal — peaceful, convenient, and just a short stroll to charming local taverns. The TV setup was fantastic too, loaded with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Kostas was an exceptional host. He helped us plan our trip, answered every question, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was stocked with basics like spices, olive oil and such ! ♥️

We loved our time in Poros and this special apartment full of character! The welcome on arrival, from the on-duty tabby cat too, made us feel right at home. The spacious terrace and front bedroom offer a spectacular view. And nearby beaches—though not the cleanest—were quiet prior to Easter and great for our needs. Poros was lively and charming on its own terms just before the main holiday season, with lots of dining options. Exploring the lanes was a delight, but involved many stairs—worth noting if you arrive on foot with heavy bags (and a wild toddler!): It’s easier, if slightly longer, to follow car routes into the upper town—Googlemapping driving routes can help. Otherwise the ferry dock is only 10–15mins on foot if you're unloaded. We didn’t attempt long walks with our 2-year-old, but the island has great hiking potential, and we enjoyed stunning views during a short car hire. Spiros ensured smooth communication via Mary, his helpful housekeeper. We'll remember our stay fondly.

The view is amazing at this apartment, from the window in each room, and from the balcony. Lots of space, comfortable bed. There is a closet with hangers and also shelves. Table and chairs on balcony and also small dining table and chairs in kitchen. The washer was handy and we hung out clothes to dry on the rack on the balcony . It's about 12 minute walk from the port, including stairs. We walked but it's also reasonable to get a donkey assistance with luggage (definitely ask Christina to reserve the donkey if you do). Would stay here again.

Lovely apartment for our young family! Great beaches and restaurants within a short drive. Bakery is a must visit :)

Endroit parfait, calme, au bord de l'eau ! A proximité de Léonidio pour la grimpe et un bon choix de restaurants! Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et un lave linge pour vos habits sales!

Die Unterkunft hat eine exzellente Lage. Sie ist direkt von der Strasse her erreichbar und man kann vor der Haustür parken. Man hat dann im Appartment eine Wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer und man kann dieses schnell erreichen über eine Aussentreppe. Diese Führt auch zu einem schönen Weg der zum Hafen von Kiveri und den Restaurants führt. Die Unterkunft selber war mit allem Augestattet was man braucht. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir haben als Familie eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Sehr gute Erfahrung! Schöne und saubere Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, hat uns gutes Restaurant empfohlen und Taxi bestellt.
