The apartment is totally private with your own entrance, living room, bathroom, bed room with AC, kitchen and balcony. The apartment is equipped with a new comfortable bed and a luxurious (sleeper) sofa. The balcony and garden invites you to sit down, take a swim or have a glass of wine whilst watching your favorite Netflix series on the Smart TV in the living and bedroom.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.
