Bed & breakfasts in Nettuno

Our stay at B&B Tobia was amazing. It is a gated property with a large historic family home – absolutely beautiful. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. They were neat and clean and with our own private bathroom with fresh towels. There was a small shared kitchenette available at the end of the hall with a refrigerator for our cold food storage. We were able to park on the property which was a plus for us so we didn’t have to worry about parking on the street. There were quiet places on the property to enjoy rest and relaxation or just some time with family or friends. The surrounding area of Cave is nice with places within a short walking distance to enjoy a meal out. We were served a wonderful full fresh breakfast each morning with espresso. Paolo and his father Emmanuel and Maria (Emmanuel’s sister) were what made our stay there most special. We couldn’t say enough about them. They were thoughtful, friendly, helpful and cared about every concern for us as their guests – going above and beyond. Five stars isn’t enough to rate this place! We give it our highest recommendation.

The airbnb was an excellent stay for us We were a family of 4 The rooms were fairly large and two bathrooms were available for use One in the room and one on floor Everything was clean and comfortable And the area was convenient We had a pharmacy near by, a pizza restaurant and a few other places A very quite area and the nuns had a great energy as well The price was great for what we had, and the room had a balcony as well which was a plus The only thing was that the area was cooler than the center and the heater was only turned on for 4 hours at night Pretty sure simone would have been helpful if we asked And the location was an hour of public transportation from the center However the bus station is a 4 minutes walk and the bus drops you off right at the train station where you take the train for 25 minutes Pretty convenient if you dont mind taking public transportation Also verryy close to ciampino airport which saved us when we were so close to missing our flight.

Siamo stati davvero bene, partivamo con delle aspettative un po' alte, dalla descrizione e dalle foto, e non siamo stati affatto delusi. Location fantastica, in mezzo al verde ma non troppo isolata, appartamento confortevole con ciò che serve, e anche qualcosa in più (the e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti). Ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza sono stati soprattutto gli spazi esterni, il giardino e la piscina. Paolo e Julia sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa. La loro cagnolina Lia, educata e mai invadente, mia figlia se ne è innamorata! Cii è davvero dispiaciuto dover partire. Lo consigliamo assolutamente, speriamo di avere l'occasione di tornarci

I stayed with Flavia my last night in Rome and I was still a little overwhelmed from my visit. It was a great place to just settle in and enjoy a peaceful moment. The patio and gardens are a beautiful place to just sit and take it all in. They have really created such a sweet little retreat from the chaos of the busy city.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be near the airport. It’s a lovely, peaceful place despite being close to the airport. The hosts treated us very well and the breakfast was delicious. The dining area is lovely and cozy. We were very comfortable at this location

Mauro was quick at responding to all my questions. The room was clean and had all listed amenities. Breakfast was delicious! We had an amazing dinner at a local restaurant just down the road.

Stanza e bagno confortevoli e puliti. Il parcheggio gratuito per l'auto è all'interno e vicino all'alloggio. Molto comodo e sicuro.

Soggiorno breve ma perfetto, vicinissimo all’aeroporto. Floriana è stata molto accogliente e disponibile da subito. Il locale è molto curato e ben mantenuto. La cosa che di più mi ha colpito vista la mia partenza mattiniera è stata la colazione servita in piccoli box. Una piacevole sorpresa. Tornerò

Prachtig van binnen, modern en luxe. Heel dicht bij het station van waar je met een bus naar de luchthaven kunt, die ca. 8 km ver rijden is

Giorgio und Simonella waren immer erreichbar, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und tolle Tips für unsere Ausflüge. Hatten wir einen Wunsch, wurde dieser zeitnah umgesetzt. Eine sehr herzliche Familie. Die Nutzung des Pools war jederzeit möglich und wir wussten dies sehr zu schätzen. Ein Aufenthalt bei Giorgio können wir nur empfehlen. Auch das angebotene Frühstück war ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

fantastica location e host disponibilissimi, lucia e sua mamma sono delle persone gentilissime, ottima colazione e disponibilità per gestire gli orari della stessa da parte loro. stanze pulite e tutto in ordine stessa cosa per i bagni.. consigliatissimi

struttura nuova ben curata, posiazio proprio nella piazza centrale di Norma. la colazione non era nel bnb ma l'attività presso la quale abbiamo fatto colazione è di qualità.

Na een kleine uitdaging om de B&B te vinden (navigatie gaf huizenblok links aan maar was uiteindelijk een verborgen weggetje rechts in) zijn we super vriendelijk ontvangen door Danila. Wat een prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad! Kamer was brandschoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Misschien een goede waterkoker als fijne toevoeging. De airco hebben we niet gemist. Douche groot en lekker. Lekkere verse eitjes bij het ontbijt en een overheerlijke pasta gekregen voor de lunch. Danila is een hele lieve en goede gastvrouw. Haar Engels is voldoende om elkaar te begrijpen. Omgeving mooi en groen en leuke restaurantjes. Enige verbetering: bedjes bij het zwembad, aantal zijn stuk en anderen erg hard om lang op te liggen. En het bed in de kamer was voor mijn vriend (1.87) aan de korte kant. Ook veerde deze enorm bij elke beweging en lag ik scheef doordat hij zwaarder is. Maar naast deze kleine punten niets dan positief. Ik kom hier graag nog een keer terug. Danila, heel erg bedankt!

Make sure to read the istructions on how to get there and not just the address. Danila was very accomodating and we were able to recharge our e-bikes. The terrace where we had breakfast was super nice. We didn't have much time to enjoy the place but I believe it would be a really nice spot for longer stays. Other guests were a bit noisy but when asked to quiet down at night they complied.
