Amazing place to stay, very peaceful and great place to get away. Noella is very friendly and great if you need help with anything. 10/10 would stay here again. Mosquitoes aren’t an issue once you put on some repellant.

The perfect beachfront cottage! Jacqueline was a fantastic host (she even brought us a big can of bug spray when we told her we forgot to buy some, and condiments for our burgers too!) and was super fast to respond to my questions and concerns. The location is fantastic for being isolated, we felt like we had the whole bay (and it’s beaches) to ourselves during the week, and the nearby nature reserve at the base of the bridge to PEI is a great day trip, but we learned on the first day that it costs $50 to cross over to NB from PEI, so we didn’t hop over and sightsee on PEI on random days like we had expected to. We had some plumbing issues on our first day that I thought wouldn’t be able to be fixed but she had her handyman out within like an hour and he had a patch until it could be fixed the next day. The dock and access to (really nice!!!!!) paddle boards and kayaks made this a dream for me, just perfect.

Our second time at this great location. Close to Annapolis Royal that includes the terrific Farmer's Market on Saturdays and shopping in the quaint downtown area. Grandkids LOVE the hot tub. Our hosts are both warm and welcoming. Thanks Janis and Cam for your hospitality - we look forward to seeing you again!

We loved our time at the Artists Cabin! It was very private with a great beach and spectacular views. Krista and Jordy were very communicative and responded quickly to all our questions. We hope to return soon!

We had a fantastic first-time stay at Todd and Jessica's cottage. The cottage's front lawn comes to the water so it is easy and incredible to sit on the spacious patio and watch the tides, Spoon island, and numerous waterfowl like great blue herons, eagles, crows, seagulls and cormorants. The cottage is clean and well equipped, inc. two pairs of binoculars, games, and well equipped kitchen. The fire pit is beautiful and we had sufficient supply of wood. We appreciate being able to bring our dog - we walked the nearby Gagong Nature Preserve every morning and it was great. St. Stephen is nearby for convenience as is a great little local vegetable market (inc. fresh blueberries, NB honey and maple syrup) - on route 170 toward St. Stephen. We highly recommend the place! Absolutely perfect is how I would describe Kristine's place. Nestled in an ocean cove, the boathouse is clean, bright and extremely cozy. The woodstove was nice for the cool nights. Amazing views and access to the water. I didn't use the kayaks but I walked the beautiful trail at Graves Island Park which is a one minute drive from the boathouse. Grocery shopping is a few minutes drive to Chester. Easy driving distance to Lunenburg, Bridgewater and South Shore beaches. I let Kristine know ahead of time that I was towing a utility trailer and she made arrangements for me to park it at a nearby property. Thank you Kristine! Great host, great stay, great area. I did not want to leave but I will be back!

Nous avons passé 2 jours magnifiques dans le GRAND jardin de Linda et Maurice! Un colibri butine les hémérocalles au petit déjeuner, une biche rentre en sautillant dans son fourré et les bars à rayures frétillent à quelques mètres du rivage! Une vue magnifique sur la baie des Chaleurs, une promenade de 4 km le long des falaises rouges de la côte sud gaspésienne. Linda et Maurice sont des hôtes attentifs et ont partagé avec nous plein de détails « Nature ». Linda cultive son ail et en fait des mets délicieux. La petite Grange nous a ravi par son charme et sa simplicité volontaire

Our second summer stay was just as wonderful as the first. More familiar this time, so the whole family felt right at home. Chris was once again very warm and welcoming in his communications. Look forward to our third stay next year if we can be so fortunate.

If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway, this is the perfect spot for you. Relaxing mornings spent sipping coffee while enjoying the peaceful sound of the river flowing and evening dips in wood fired hot tub. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Also, highly recommend making a trip into town to Schoolhouse Brewery, very dog friendly patio and welcoming staff.

From the detailed instructions to being welcomed with a warm, beautiful smelling cabin with music playing to the fantastic spa, everything about this stay was thoughtful and done with care. Stacey and Brian could not have been any more wonderful. They even took extra-special care of us when a wind storm blew in and knocked out the power. It's always a challenge to find pet-friendly stays that are super-clean. However, that was not an issue here. Other than the special bowls, towels, and treats they left for our pup, you would never know any animals had stayed there. Having a private spa at your disposal doesn't hurt either! starting and ending a day of hiking with a Nordic spa is a little slice of heaven! All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased, and we would recommend to anyone ☺️

The place was beautiful! We had a blast and felt right at home! Darlene was a great host. Be sure to leave a note in their guest book on your visit! Would definitely visit again.

Me and the kids love this place so much. A retreat house at its finest. The jacuzzi is a bonus and the best spot. We'll be back for sure!

Couldn’t say better things about our stay! It was clean, all set up with fire logs ready to go for a fire, wood fired hot tub was ready for us and heated up to hop in right away! Amazing views, woke up to the sun rise over the water that we watched in bed each morning! It was just a perfect gateway and way to recharge! Thank you so much Jenn!

My husband and I really enjoyed our day at Erica’s, It was peaceful, and private. Well kept, tidy, and we enjoyed the hot tubs/outdoor space and board games. She was very easy to communicate with. Made getting there and staying a breeze;) Highly recommend if you just want a relaxin, place by the lake.

Our stay was great, the hosts were awesome and very helpful, was extremely clean , and absolutely no complaints definitely will be back again

we came down for a wedding outside of saint john so we rented the air bnb for ourselves to have a vacation as we don't live in the province we loved the ability to cook in the kitchen watch TV on the cozy couch and eat our meals on the covered porch luckily there was a heat wave so even though the water was cool it was well worth it I'll definitely stay here again and our friends that met us at the swimming hole would love to book the place for winter to go skiing

The place is so peaceful and beautiful, that takes your breath away! The house is extremely beautiful and comfortable, everything you need is in. We had a great weekend and even extended it by one more night! We definitely will be back!

I loved our stay at La Belle Cabane. Everything was great! I wasn’t feeling well- Tasha gave me some Tylenol and it was so helpful! Check in/check out the only thing that wasn’t as described. Our key wasn’t in our lock box so we had to ask for it at the desk. At check out no was at the desk so we placed our keys in the unlocked safe box. Beautiful location, beautiful amenities, we will be back soon! Thank you

We loved this place. It was super cute, clean, and nicely decorated. Loved sitting in the hot tub on a clear night looking at the water and listening to the geese. It was nice to have the option of the firepit and bbq as well.

The boathouse was a beautiful little building for our stay with our dogs. Right on the ocean with space for views and not a far drive to Halifax for plenty of activities and restaurants, it was a perfect in-between for a serene and tranquil staying experience with plenty of options for things to do nearby. The place was exactly as described and pictured and check-in was very easy. It had enough kitchen amenities to help make our stay very pleasant when we did need to cook a little bit. Highly recommend!

We had the most incredible Valentine’s Day weekend getaway at this beautiful property. The cabin is absolutely stunning, cozy, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Kylie and Mike were amazing hosts, so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more special. We both highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

It’s all about the experience and the location! Surely reminds one of the power and beauty of creation. Bring binoculars . We were privileged to have a full moon and a beautiful stretch of autumn weather. Excellent homebase for exploring the Fundy Trail Parkway, an absolute must do for anyone visiting eastern Canada. This light filled, off grid cabin is definitely minimalist, but with high end finishes . Be prepared to keep your meal prep simple. The local general store has all your basics plus excellent quality and variety of meats. So good on the charcoal BQ Though we are experienced wood burners, heating the woodfired hot tub is an art form. In optimal conditions 3–4 hrs heat up time but we suggest allowing 6. But once hot, maintains heat a long time and requires very little to reheat. Super clean; water is fresh for each guest. No worries on the loft ladder, very stable & accessible. Fabulous rain shower. Generously sized quality towels. No TV ,WiFi Bring your reading & music !

We had a wonderful stay. The bunkie was cozy and well decorated. Rhonda clearly put a lot of effort into giving the space a great vibe and a theme that followed through entirely. It was still easy to get out and do activities. Can’t wait to go back!
