This unit is not a good fit if you have any type of mobility issue - including a fairly steep set of stairs to enter the building. No laundry facilities for use in the building. Window units for AC in summer.

We are also a 15 min walk to the local beaches. Although the place can sleep 6, we only allow 4 guests unless arrangements are made with host.

The stairwell is in the middle of the space and the floor mattress is near that and across from the galley kitchen. Fourth floor walk up and well worth the climb.
