Our second-floor hideaway is the perfect perch for exploring downtown Wilmington and nearby beaches! Located in one of Wilmington's most sought-after neighborhoods, and popular with the film industry as a shooting location, this area is rich in film and television history! This one-bedroom with a dedicated office, efficiency kitchen, and mid-century modern bathroom is nestled in the upstairs back corner of our historic home, circa 1910, steps from the Cargo District, & a short walk to downtown!

Super clean, comfy, & dog friendly! NO FEES! CENTRALLY LOCATED in CB’s Business District—½ block to Lake Park, 2 short blocks to the boardwalk & beach. Walk to shops, restaurants, night life, and everywhere you want to be! Private space with own entrance—no shared areas. Double soundproof walls; please be noise conscious. You may see me or other guests only in passing outside. I work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful place for respectful and quiet guests (and pets). PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES!

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. See the below description to get a feel for this very special and unique space.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Southport Serenity, Entire full studio apartment

Entire studio apartment over the garage in a quiet family neighborhood. One mile from Southport's Historic and Picturesque Waterfront. Offers a full array of amenities from on-site parking, private entry, full bath, kitchen w/ refrigerator, microwave & single burner cooktop, blender, Keurig, dishes/utensils. The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Private Entrance 1 Bedroom Suite! 7 min to beach!

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Also a washing machine and a very small dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

Quiet apartment... Conveniently located on Wilmington’s north side. The perfect home base for a Wilmington getaway or business trip! Accommodations for one or two people. Drive there in 10-15 minutes: Wrightsville Beach (5 mi) Downtown (6.5 mi) UNCW (3 mi) Mayfaire (2 mi) ILM (5.3 mi) When you enter this centrally located apartment, you'll find yourself in a calm space with plenty of amenities--all the basics for a getaway or a business trip. Owner-hosts live next door.

Just a short, 3-minute walk to the beach! After a day in the warm sun, cool sea and soft sand you'll love to relax in this cozy downstairs apartment. You'll have a private entrance, parking, full bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a covered breezeway. Wake up to a stocked coffee bar and take a short walk or shorter drive to watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean, or from one of the oldest fishing piers on the East Coast just half a mile away at Downtown Kure Beach.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Centrally located two miles from Wrightsville Beach, five miles from downtown Wilmington, and minutes to Airlie Gardens, Wrightsville Manor, and plenty of great restaurants and attractions! The Lodge W/ Sauna 10 minutes frm downtown & beach

PARTY POLICY: The Lodge is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble.
