Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

We very much enjoyed our stay!! The entrance doors are so unique and special, and the apartment was perfect! We traveled with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were greeted with very clear instructions to the property and parking. We arrived very late at night, and had no issues with getting into the apartment. The teenagers were thrilled to find treats left for us. We especially love the special touch of the postcards of the property! There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. We highly recommend this apartment.

What a great place in a perfect Location. Walk out your door to some great shops and wonderful restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for anything more in the place or the area !!! Will be staying there again !!

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

We were in town for a figure skating competition. The layout was perfect for enough privacy traveling with a teammate and the house was super clean and cozy. House was super quaint and beautifully restored!!! We loved the picturesque area, proximity to shopping malls and great restaurants AND local skating rinks. One of our best stays ever, thanks to the attentive host — we will absolutely book again.

The whole experience was perfect. There were even fresh flowers to greet me. The location is easy, a beautiful neighborhood that is very quiet and safe. I'm ready to return!

Our stay was extremely quiet until the upstairs neighbors returned. We don't have kids or pets so we're very used to quiet. Getting used to hearing upstairs neighbors took getting used to for me. The place was chock full of supplies, coffee, Scrabble and welcoming decor. The bed was outstandingly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and creative! The outdoor patio, activities and view of the creek were impressive. This is definitely on our "to return to" list.

Perfect house for a family/couple visit to the beach. It was great for my kids and I. We loved the space that the house offered and how close it was to the beach. Everyone was very pleasant that we spoke to. The house was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home.

We loved our stay! The private beach was perfect for our kiddos - far enough away from the water that they could play independently in the sand while we sat on the beautiful deck. The kitchen had all the items we needed (we even took a virtual cooking class while there). Dmitry was super responsive and helpful. The master bedroom was a beautiful place to watch the sunrise/sunset.

This was our second stay at the Riverside Blues House and once again Liza did not disappoint! This is a great location, great view and the home is pristine and beautifully decorated. My son lives nearby and when we have a large group visiting the Riverside Blues House is our home away from home. Can't wait to stay there in the warm weather and take advantage of the Ferry!! We try and rent this place every time we come to the area. It is immaculate, well appointed and the hosts are very responsive. The property is also beautiful - with a swing set, giant yard and fire pit and it’s a great set-up for families with dogs and kids. I should mention for non kid and dog people that the level of cleanliness is incredible and the place is beautiful so don’t shy away if you don’t have kids or pets!!

We loved this vacation, Peconic is the perfect place to spend 2 peaceful weeks by the Sound. The cabins are comfortable and the kitchen has great cookware and sharp knives. There are ticks here, check yourself regularly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

The house was charming and on the water. We had a lovely time even though the weather was cloudy and cold. There was a helpful blinder with instructions and recommendations. Definitely would return when the weather is warmer.

We had a lovely fall weekend stay at Paul’s place. The house and the water views are just as pictured. Convenient location allowed us a good home base to explore the north fork wine trail and local businesses. We did have one small plumbing issue during our stay however Paul was extremely responsive to ensure it did not affect our stay at all. It was a nice experience having such a responsive host. Overall our friend group had a great time and would return again.

It is a charming place back into the water. Love listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset and the noght light on the other side of the water.
