Home is 100 years old, built with adobe, brick floors, viga ceilings, kiva fireplaces & private patios. Resident manager in main house #1 oversees three rentals: casita #2 & #3 (each 1 bedroom 1 bath with open kitchen living area) and a 2 bedroom/2 bath house #57. All three have kiva fireplaces and private patios. Private hot tub on property and Off street parking.

This unique studio has a style all its own, located right near Old Town Plaza/Sawmill District, equipped with so many amenities! This spacious studio has a fully stocked kitchen with custom concrete counters, NM Piñon coffee and assorted teas, dishes, pans, spices and even to-go coffee cups for exploring the city! 50” smart TV, comfy queen bed, beautifully tiled shower with tall shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and linens are all provided so you have everything you need!

A few things to note before booking: * This property is not suitable for pets or children under 12. * You may experience some noise from upstairs, typical of a 2 story historic building.

This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
