We really enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. It was very near to our event place and convenient. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious while the kitchen is pretty small for such a big house!.

Better than I could have imagined. 100% will be looking to stay here again.

The home was as described and the perfect place for our family to stay when going to Disneyland!

Great location for walking to the Convention Center. Super clean, and loved that each room had a private bathroom.

Stayed here for a family trip to LA/Disneyland. The location for accessing the Disneyland park was excellent, took 5 mins to get to freeway (Starbucks along the route) and 15 minutes of freeway driving to the park (using the carpool lane). Heaving morning and evening traffic only added 5 minutes. There was also nearby stores like Target, Walmart Neighborhood Market, pharmacys, a grocery store, local restaurants etc. The house was squeeky clean and we LOVED having three full bathrooms, one had a tub which was great for us. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding linens, blankets were great. House was neatly labeled and had the basics we needed during our stay. The garage was available for securely parking our car which was GREAT. The space had great lighting, lots of windows, fans/AC, TVs in each bedroom. We were very comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and VERY clean. La Palma is a very cute, clean, safe community. Highly recommended.

The family and I loved the stay! Extremely close to Disney, super easy to get to from the 5 and to and from the park. Very nice street. Super comfortable beds, pillows. Lovely decor Kitchen was great, lots of seating for everyone at the long beautiful table. Was awesome already having a high chair Hosts were awesome communicators, messaging in advance, day of and during to ensure everything was going smoothly. Check out was super easy, very straightforward. We stayed with two kids under 5yo, parents, grand parents and nanny and everyone felt right at home. What a great spot, would definitely stay there again traveling to Disney!

Fantastic house! Very clean and cozy! Avi helped us get in last minute after another listing canceled on us. He really saved our thanksgiving!

First off, this is a beautiful property. So much room inside and out. A period Victorian that is very comfortable and did I mention roomy? Five great bedrooms, modern kitchen with everything you could want, coffee bar,huge fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and Chuck had it stocked for us- a huge family looking for some chill time in Long Beach. One Block from the beach/ bike/running path or just a gorgeous walk up and down this lovely neighborhood stopping to smell the roses and enjoy all these gardens gave us plenty to do. Outdoor space included a hot tub and N. gas grill plus HUGE side yard for kids to play. Free outdoor yoga was a short walk toward downtown. Loved the decor and Atlantic Records c. table books. Chuck is a GREAT host and made our trip a blast!

This place was absolutely stunning. Clean and felt like home. There’s not one thing I would change about my stay. This place was everything, made my family feel comfortable with our 3 night stay. I would definitely come back.

We all had an amazing stay at Damon’s place. The gardens were beautiful and the house had plenty of space for a large group. Also loved that the house had a driveway for parking as street parking was a bit hard to come by

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.
