Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

The stay was amazing. The house had enough room for everyone. We loved the extra living room downstairs where there was activities incase of a rainy day which we did end up having. There is a fire pit downstairs which was beautiful to light at night and make smores. The town was beautiful and the house is in a great location where we have our own privacy but not too far away from everything. The host left clear instructions and left local recommendations which were very helpful. The host even left a gift for my birthday which was beyond nice and much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Loved the location and the house! Gorgeous, tranquil setting only minutes away from area beaches and convenient to Jamestown and Newport too. The house is beautiful inside, the kitchen updates are beautiful. Everything is set up for comfort, the outdoor spaces, there's even a card table! We visited when the Olympics were happening, and the couch and TV set up is perfect - lots of space for everyone to be comfortable. As someone else mentioned, if you like blackout curtains, this is not the location for you. However, if you thrive in a light, bright space, you will LOVE this location. Thanks for a great vacation space, Shanequa! We will be back.

The stay was exactly as described. Very clean and perfectly stocked for a short stay. The home is in a nice neighborhood, walkable and near a cute downtown area. I would stay here again for another solo trip or recommend to a friend.

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

This unit is absolutely beautiful and perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful and comfortable home away from home, while still having plenty of things to do in the area! As a young photographer who used to live in the area and still loves to visit this is truly one of the most beautiful areas to be in! The scenery and community is truly worth every cent and some more. The staff for this unit are excellent and very friendly people who do an amazing job! One day I hope to revisit this beautiful home.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great - there was coffee and supplies for it as well as some bottle water in the fridge. The place was quiet and clean and in a good location. Sean communicated well with us and we had a nice time.

He gave great locations of things around. It was close to all the places we were visiting.

A very accurate listing with a super helpful host. This was our first time using Air BnB and I was a little nervous. Everything was beyond my expectations! Listing was exactly as pictured and described. Host was very explicit with self-check in instructions, guest instructions, etc. We are very familiar with the area but never stayed in Matunuck before. stayed a second night abs loved the location it was a total oasis. also Kristina refunded me the cleaning fee after I booked the second night even tho she didn't have to... I was greatly appreciative. wonderfull lil spot highly recommended

The cabin was quaint and cozy. The view was spectacular! I would return again and again. Very clean and convenient for my needs at that time. Was visiting my friends daughter and her grandchildren. They were over for a visit and it was perfect for our get together.

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect for us as a weekend getaway: at such peaceful and secluded location, you can really unplug and feel the warmth of the sun and wind from the ocean. Elizabeth was a super responsible and supportive host. Make sure to book if you are looking for a nice vacation at the beach!

This was the ideal location for my husband and me to spend the holidays with our family who live across the lake. Will and John gave us a warm, friendly welcome and Quinn also checked in to make sure we settled in and had everything needed for a comfy cozy stay. It was easy to communicate with everyone and the location felt peaceful and private but not isolated. I can't imagine a more ideal experience and cannot thank Quinn enough for making this stay the best ever we've had with Airbnb!

Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely home situated at the tip of a very peaceful peninsula so the views were breathtaking. We loved the wrap around deck and gazebo. Clean, with plenty of extra linen and lots of extra space to read, relax or play games. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the water activities!
