Villa Mellon - amazing sea view and heated pool

This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Each balcony has an open dining table and there is a large fireplace with lounge set next to the pool.

Villa Coelum is a beautifully decorated, brand new villa. Villa consists of two separated units which are both fully equipped. First floor (6 person) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful dining area and living room with exit to a 40m2 terrace. Second floor (2+2) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sofa. Both units have A/C, beautiful kitchen with all appliances, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Guests also have 5 free parking places outside the yard walls, 2 free parking places inside the walls and large BBQ.

The brand new luxury designed Villa Coralis with an indoor area of 140m2 and outdoor area of 120m2 can accommodate 6 adults + 2 children (up to 14 years old) in three bright and airy bedrooms which are all with own bathroom (en suite). Swimming pool of 45m2 is heated. Guests have completely privacy and the location is perfect with many features available in the area. Adriatic sea is only 150m away.
