L'alloggio è situato nel centro di Villa Faraldi, un paesino tranquillo nell'entroterra Ligure. Gli arredi sono nuovi, è presente un letto matrimoniale un ampio salotto con camino, un tavolo da pranzo, cucina, bagno e una libreria attrezzata. La pace e il relax contraddistinguono la località. Villa FAraldi si trova a circa 7 km dalle spiagge. Si raggiunge mediante l'uscita autostradale di San Bartolomeo al Mare; la strada da percorrere è molto scorrevole. A 10 minuti dal mare in macchina. Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.
