Siamo a pochi metri dalla piscina Comunale, dai campi da tennis e dai parchetti per i bambini. A 800 metri dal centro di Bussolengo (VR). Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno.
