We had a great stay at Brian and Erica's place. Amazing location and property - especially for the price. Beds were comfy, the lounge and deck were great spots to relax, and my wife loved the freestanding bathtub. Would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

Solid location for a weekend away with friends. This was very easy and worth the rate.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

Absolutely AMAZING! We loved this place! The city views are breathtaking! The entire condo was clean and definitely gives off a home feel. I will for sure be booking this spot if I’m ever staying in Charlotte for a couple nights. Worth every penny! Host was also very nice, very friendly! Responses quickly and accommodates any needs! You can’t ask for a better stay in my opinion… 🤗

absolutely adored Gregory's place. we booked last minute and he was very accommodating. His place is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood and it was ideal for our travel needs. the parking was easy and we loved the fenced in yard for our fur baby. the pictures were spot on and definitely one our favorite Airbnb's. would love to stay again in the future.

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

This home was beautiful & had everything we needed and more. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will try to stay everytime we visit charlotte:)

Exactly as we expected! Great stay. Peaceful, quiet, great local restaurants near by. Hosts were accommodating and responsive.

My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

Second time staying here. Absolutely perfect! Good amount of space, clean/neat. I feel right at home. Close to downtown Fort Mill, easily navigate to the interstate highway. Great restaurants, DoorDash options are good too. Neighborhood is quiet, and I felt very safe

We had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay here. Everything was just as described and the host was helpful and responsive throughout. This house is such a great space and in an absolutely gorgeous location, also very convenient to all the stores and restaurants you might need!

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic stay. It was super clean and felt elegant yet welcoming. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Jeremy was a very responsive and thoughtful host. This was an excellent home away from home!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Edward's place was amazing. I secured it on short notice and Edward incredibly accommodating. The beds were incredible and the layout perfect for relaxing. i would definitely go back.
