This place is super cute. We enjoyed the stay. There is a nice lake view of Kang Kra Chan dam right in front of you. We slept on the top attic. There is an A/C in there. It was a cozy little bedroom. I slept like a baby both nights. Also, the view of the sunrise is gorgeous. Waking up with the lighting like that is rare. There are very loud birds screaming though during night and day not all the time but they are pretty loud however that didn't really bother me :) I love birds which by the way there are a lot of parrots at the coffee shop within the same property and they are adorable. Especially hornbills are living here right in front of the cafe. The family of dad, mom and a baby, which we could only see the dad flying to get food to feed the baby and mom in the nest. Aside of all fun stuff, Tanakrit is very responsive and helpful. He called to check on us to make sure that we wouldn't miss the turn. The check in and out process was great. Smooth communication!

Bood’s place was exactly as advertised. A good spot a couple minutes walk from the beach. The place is spacious, AC works well. Has all the accommodations. The town itself is lowkey and quiet compared to other places around Thailand. The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Thank you!

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons à PapaHouse229. Nous avons même réorganisé notre séjour en Thaïlande pour pouvoir y revenir car nous avions gardé un très bon souvenir ! Encore une fois nous avons été très bien accueillis. 😊 Tout était parfait ! Le service proposé est excellent : de l’eau bien fraîche nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur et l’hôte, comme pour la première fois, a mis à notre disposition de quoi grignoter. C’est le logement à prendre absolument si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours au Marché Flottant d’Amphawa : c’est un marché très calme la journée et très animé la nuit. Nous avons pu assister à un concert de chanteurs populaires locaux. Très belle ambiance ! Merci 🙏🏽 Nous reviendrons ! C’est sûr !

A peaceful place to stay. If you’re looking for a spot to relax and spend quality time with family and friends over the weekend, this is definitely a great choice. Although there aren’t many facilities nearby, the host has thoughtfully provided a food menu and offers housekeeping services (with an extra fee). You can also ask the housekeeper to help buy anything you need. The seafood here is truly fresh and delicious. I’ve been living in Thailand for two years, and this is the first time I’ve had live, sweet crabs just like in Vietnam — maybe I haven’t yet figured out where to find fresh seafood restaurants in Bangkok. One downside is that the stone floor can get slippery when wet, which could be dangerous. Other than that, I loved everything about this place and will definitely come back soon.

We had a fantastic time staying at Gem’s place. It is a great place for my family and our dog to enjoy the beach. The area is best accessed by vehicle but there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Mookba und ihrem Mann sehr genossen! Die beiden waren unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben leckeres Frühstück und frisches Obst bekommen und sie hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und für die Rückfahrt wieder hin gebracht. Mit Grab konnte man gut Essen und Taxis bestellen. Wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, war uns Mookba immer eine sehr große Hilfe. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen, der abseits der Hektik eine ruhsame Auszeit in der Natur und in einem Städchen mit schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr netten Menschen genießen möchte.
